FAQ
What should I do if cloud storage is full and I cannot create a smart document?
- Open WPS Cloud and check your current cloud storage usage.
- Delete files you no longer need to free up space.
- If you need more storage, open the membership page and review available plans.
- Return to the original entry point and create the smart document again.
Can other people see a smart document right after I create it?
- A newly created smart document is visible only to its creator by default.
- If you want to collaborate, open the document and click Share in the upper-right corner.
- Select the people you want to share with and set view, comment, or edit permissions.
- After confirming the settings, send the link or invitation to collaborators.
Why can’t I find the Smart Document creation entry?
- Make sure WPS Office is open and that you are on the Home page, in the File menu, or in WPS Cloud.
- Check your network connection and sign-in status.
- Update WPS Office to the latest version and open the app again.
- If the entry still does not appear, try another creation path.
