What should I do if I cannot find the Smart Document entry on iPhone?

  1. Make sure WPS Office is open and that you are on either the Home tab or the Files tab.
  2. If you are on Home, tap the bottom-right plus button and check whether Smart Document appears.
  3. If you are on Files, enter WPS Cloud first and then tap the bottom-right plus button to check the entry.
