1. Insert a Highlight Block from the toolbar

Entry path: Edit button in the lower-right corner → + icon on the bottom toolbar → Highlight Block

1. Open a Smart Document and tap the Edit button in the lower-right corner.
2. Tap the paragraph where you want to add the block.
3. Tap the + icon on the bottom toolbar.
4. Tap Highlight Block to insert it.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: A new Highlight Block appears at the current paragraph position.
• What you can do next: You can continue typing or adding content inside the block.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If you do not enter editing mode first, the full bottom toolbar may not appear.

2. Change the Highlight Block color

Entry path: Edit button in the lower-right corner → Aa icon on the bottom toolbar → Highlight Color area

1. Open a Smart Document and tap the Edit button in the lower-right corner.
2. Tap the paragraph that contains the Highlight Block you want to change.
3. Tap the Aa icon on the bottom toolbar.
4. In the Highlight Color area, select the color you want.
