1. Add a Date from the Insert Menu

Entry point: Insert tab → Date

  1. Place the cursor where you want to insert the date.
  2. Click Insert on the top ribbon.
  3. Select Date.

3. Insert a Date from the Paragraph Handle

Entry point: left-side paragraph +Date

  1. Move the cursor near the target paragraph.
  2. Click the + button on the left side of the paragraph.
  3. Find and select Date in the menu.
  4. Finish the insertion.

  2. Choose a new date in the date panel.
