Why can't I find the Immersive Mode entry?
- Make sure you opened a smart document.
- Click the File tab at the upper left.
- Open Document Settings and check whether Immersive Mode is listed.
- If you still do not see it, update WPS Office and check again.
Will Immersive Mode affect my ability to edit the document?
- No. You can still type, revise, and read the current document.
- The mode mainly reduces distractions from collaborator cursors, selections, and new @ prompts.
- Regular editing actions remain available.
Does Immersive Mode turn on automatically?
- No.
- You need to switch it on manually through File → Document Settings → Immersive Mode.
- To exit, use the same entry again.
Will collaboration prompts come back after I turn off Immersive Mode?
- Yes. The document returns to the normal view.
- Collaborator cursors, selections, and message prompts are shown again in their normal state.
- If you need another focused session, you can turn Immersive Mode on again.
