1. Insert a Content Protection Zone with a slash command

Entry point: Document editing area → type / → select Content Protection Zone

  1. Open the document and place the cursor where you want to add the protected area.
  2. Type / on a blank line.
  3. In the quick menu, select Content Protection Zone.
  4. To find it faster, type /nrbhq to search for the feature.
  5. Enter the content that you want to protect inside the new zone.

  • Next actions: You can type inside the protected area and save the content in the document.

2. Insert a Content Protection Zone from the paragraph handle menu

Entry point: Paragraph handle on the left side of a paragraph → Content Protection Zone icon

  1. Place the cursor where you want to add the protected area.
  2. Click the paragraph handle on the left side of the paragraph.
  3. Select the Content Protection Zone icon from the menu.
  4. Enter the content that you want to protect inside the inserted zone.

  • UI state: A new Content Protection Zone is created at the current location.
  • Next actions: You can continue editing content outside the zone and view the content inside it.
