1. Open the Related Data entry

Entry path: Form editor → Questionnaire → Related Data

1. Open the Smart Form editing interface.
2. In the left navigation area, select Questionnaire.
3. Find Related Data and click it.
4. Wait for the Related Data editing area or panel to open.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The Related Data settings area is open.
• Next action available: You can start adjusting related settings.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If you do not enter the Questionnaire module first, the Related Data entry may not appear.
• Environment note: An internet connection is recommended for online form editing.

2. Configure and save Related Data

Entry path: Related Data settings panel

1. In the Related Data panel, configure the required settings as prompted on screen.
2. Review question relationships, display logic, or linked content as needed.
3. After editing, click OK or Save.
4. Return to the editor and confirm that the configuration has been recorded.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The panel closes or shows a saved state.
• Next action available: You can continue editing the questionnaire or move to preview.

• Common mistake: Leaving the page without saving may cause the current changes to be lost.
• Environment note: If the network is unstable, check the saved state again after saving.

3. Preview and confirm the publishing result

Entry path: Questionnaire editor → Preview / Publish

1. After configuring Related Data, open the questionnaire preview.
2. Go through the form step by step and check whether the result matches your expectation.
3. If needed, return to the Related Data panel and adjust the setup again.
4. When everything looks correct, save and publish the updated version.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The preview runs normally and the configured logic behaves as expected.
• Next action available: The questionnaire can be published for respondents.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: Skipping preview may leave logic issues undiscovered until the form is live.
