1. Open the Informed Consent entry

Entry: Form editor → Questionnaire → Informed Consent

  1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Select the Questionnaire area in the left navigation.
  3. Find the Informed Consent option and open it for editing.
  4. Confirm that the related settings panel is displayed.

3. Save the setup and check whether it takes effect

Entry: Informed Consent editing panel → OK / Save

  2. Return to the questionnaire editor and check the current Informed Consent status again.
  3. If the updated content should be used externally, complete publishing in the current form workflow.
  4. Preview or test the response flow again to confirm that the updated setup is shown as expected.
