1. Open the Informed Consent entry

Entry path: Form Editor → Relay → Informed Consent

  1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Select the Relay module in the left navigation area.
  3. Find the Informed Consent setting item.
  4. Click it to enter the editing panel.
