FAQ

  1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Select the Relay module in the left navigation area.
  3. Find the Informed Consent setting item in that module and open it.
  1. Reopen the Informed Consent editing interface and check whether you clicked Confirm.
  2. Use preview to verify that the current content is correct.
  3. If the relay needs to be published again, publish it and then check the result from the respondent side.
  1. Return to the form editing interface.
  2. Open the Informed Consent item again under Relay.
  3. Update the content, save it, and continue with the current publishing or update flow.
