1. Open the Upload File feature

Entry path: Form editor → Vote → Upload File

  1. Open the Smart Form editing interface.
  2. Select the Vote module in the left navigation pane.
  3. Find the Upload File setup item.
  4. Click it to enter the editing area.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Upload File editing area or settings panel opens.
  • Next action available: You can continue to adjust upload-related settings.

Tips While Using

  • Make sure the current form is editable before you start.
  • If you cannot find the Vote module, confirm that you are in the correct Smart Form editing page.

2. Set upload options and preview

Entry path: Upload File settings panel

  1. Review the available settings in the pop-up panel.
  2. Adjust the upload options based on your form needs.
  3. Preview the result after finishing the setup.
  4. Confirm that the display matches your collection requirements.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The preview area shows the updated Upload File effect.
  • Next action available: You can continue to confirm or save the setup.

Tips While Using

  • Check each setting before previewing so you do not need to repeat edits later.
  • If the form will be shared externally, review the display from a responder perspective first.

3. Save the Upload File setup

Entry path: Upload File settings panel → Confirm / Save

  1. Finish the settings and preview check.
  2. Click Confirm to complete the current action.
  3. If the page also provides a save option, click Save to write the setup to the form.
  4. Return to the form editor and check whether the Upload File item has been updated.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Upload File setup remains saved in the current form.
  • Next action available: You can continue to share the form or review later responses.

Tips While Using

  • If the changes do not take effect, confirm that the final save step was completed.
  • Some changes may require the form to be published again before responders can see the latest setup.
