Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: if you do not enter the Attendance module first, the Upload File entry may not appear.
  • Environment note: you need permission to edit the current form.

2. Configure and preview upload rules

Entry: Upload File settings panel

  1. In the pop-up panel, adjust the available settings as needed.
  2. Modify the upload rules for your current scenario.
  3. Use preview to check how the upload item will appear.
  4. Confirm that the item name, description, and other settings match the form purpose.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the preview shows how the upload item will appear to responders.
  • Next action available: you can return to settings to revise details or confirm and save.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: saving before preview may leave display text or settings mismatched with the actual need.
  • Environment note: keep the network connection stable when previewing or syncing changes.

3. Save the upload setup

Entry: Upload File settings panel → OK / Save

  1. After finishing the settings, click OK.
  2. Return to the form editor and check whether the Upload File item has been updated.
  3. If the page also provides a save or publish action, complete that step.
  4. Preview again when needed to confirm the responder-side result.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the Upload File setup remains in the current form.
  • Next action available: you can continue editing other items or move on to publishing.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: changing settings without clicking OK or Save means the configuration will not take effect.
  • Environment note: some form changes may appear to responders only after the form is published again.
