When using Related Data, the most common questions are about finding the entry, making changes take effect, and understanding what can still be edited; below are 3 common answers and a glossary.

FAQ

  1. Open the Smart Form editing interface.
  2. Select Poll in the left navigation area.
  3. Find Related Data and enter the editor.
  4. After making changes, save or confirm the current setup.
  1. First confirm that you clicked Save or Confirm.
  2. Open the preview again and check whether the current setup has been applied.
  3. If the form only takes effect for respondents after publishing, publish the form and test again.
  1. Return to the form editing interface.
  2. Open Related Data again in the Poll module.
  3. Edit the required content and confirm it again.
  4. Note that some changes may affect only newly collected data.
