What should I do if I cannot find the Common Settings entry?

  1. Make sure you are already in the Smart Form editing interface.
  2. Select the Poll module in the left navigation pane.
  3. Look for Common Settings among the poll-related options.
  4. If it still does not appear, check whether the current form is editable.

What should I do if the settings do not take effect after I save them?

  1. Make sure you selected Confirm or Save after editing.
  2. Reopen Common Settings and check whether the options were kept.
  3. If the current scenario requires publishing before changes appear, complete the publish or update action.
  4. Keep the network connection normal and check the responder side again.

Can I still change Common Settings after a poll is created?

  1. Yes. Reopen the form editing interface.
  2. Open the Poll module in the left navigation pane.
  3. Enter Common Settings again and change the options you need.
  4. Confirm or save the changes, and note that some edits may mainly affect later data or later responses.
