1. Open the Check Questions entry

Entry path: Smart Forms editor → Form → Check Questions

  1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Select the Form area in the left navigation.
  3. Find the Check Questions option.
  4. Click it to open the editing panel.

  • Interface result: The Check Questions editing area or settings panel opens.

2. Configure Check Questions settings

  4. When finished, move on to preview or confirmation.

3. Preview and confirm the result

Entry path: Check Questions editing panel → Preview

  1. After configuring the settings, open Preview.
  2. Review the display result and interaction behavior.
  3. Confirm that the content, order, and current setup are correct.
  4. If needed, go back to the editing panel and adjust the settings again.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can see the current preview result for Check Questions.
  • Next action available: If everything looks correct, you can continue to save or confirm.
  • No side effect: Preview does not replace the later confirmation step by itself.
