1. Open the After Submission settings

  1. Open the Smart Form that you want to edit.
  2. Select the Form section in the left navigation panel.
  3. Find the After Submission setting item.
  4. Click it to enter the editing area.

  • Next action available: You can continue editing related options or review the current setup.

2. Set and preview the post-submission result

Entry path: After Submission settings panel

  1. Adjust the relevant options in the After Submission settings panel.
  2. Complete the required content based on the on-screen prompts.
  3. Use Preview to check the post-submission result.
  4. Confirm that the displayed feedback matches your expected result.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The preview area or preview result shows the current setup correctly.
  • Next action available: You can return to the settings panel to revise options or move on to saving.

  • Common mistake: Saving without previewing may leave the final display different from what you expected.
  • Environment note: A stable internet connection is recommended during preview.

3. Save the configuration and publish it

Entry path: After Submission settings panel → Confirm / Save / Publish

  1. After finishing the setup, click Confirm or the corresponding save button.
  2. Check again that the current configuration has been saved.
  3. If this type of setting requires publishing before it takes effect, complete the publish action.
  4. Use preview or a new submission flow to confirm the updated result.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The setup is saved, and after publishing, the updated configuration can be used for later submissions.
  • Next action available: You can return to the form and continue editing other sections, or start collecting responses.
  • No side effect: Existing data does not update automatically because of this setting.

Tips While Using
