How do I add a fill in the blank question in a relay form in WPS on macOS?

  1. Open the Smart Form and enter the editing screen.
  2. Select Relay in the left navigation area.
  3. Open Fill in the Blank Question, make your changes, and save them.

Why are my fill in the blank question changes not taking effect?

  1. Confirm that you clicked OK or Save after editing.
  2. Return to the form and check whether the updated question is still there.
  3. If the form requires publishing before respondents can see changes, complete the publish step.

Can I edit a fill in the blank question after the relay form is created?

  1. Reopen the Smart Form that contains the question.
  2. Go back to the Fill in the Blank Question area in Relay.
  3. Edit the question again and save it, keeping in mind that some changes may mainly affect later responses.
