How do I find the Age Group entry in Relay?

  1. Open the Smart Forms editing screen.
  2. Select the Relay section in the left navigation.
  3. Find Age Group and open it.

Why do I not see changes after saving the Age Group setup?

  1. Confirm that you clicked Confirm or the save button.
  2. Return to the editor and check whether the current parameters were kept.
  3. If the form needs to be published again before others can see the update, complete the publishing step.

Can I edit Age Group after the relay form is created?

  1. Reopen the editing screen for the target form.
  2. Open Age Group under Relay.
  3. Make your changes, save again, and check whether the new setup has been applied.

Will changing Age Group affect existing data?

  1. Review the current usage status of the relay form first.
  2. Before editing, confirm whether you only want the change to affect later submissions.
  3. After saving, check the displayed result and collection scope again in the form.
