FAQ
Will my cloud documents be lost after I sign out?
- No. Cloud documents are stored in your cloud account and are not deleted when you sign out on the local device.
- If you only sign out, you can still access the same cloud documents after signing back in with the same account.
- If you choose to clear local data during sign-out, only local cache and file backups are removed. The cloud documents themselves are not affected.
How do I sign out of my account on all devices?
- In the sign-out window, select Sign out of all accounts.
- Continue by choosing how local data should be handled.
- Click Sign Out to finish.
- If you need additional account management, open the WPS Account Center.

Can I still edit files after I sign out?
- After sign-out, account-related cloud service entries return to the signed-out state.
- Whether local files can still be viewed or edited depends on whether the specific feature requires sign-in.
- If you need account-related capabilities again, sign in to your WPS account.
