1. Sign out of the current account
Entry: WPS Home → Profile icon → Sign Out
- Open WPS Office on your Mac and go to the home screen.
- Move the pointer to the profile icon at the top right.
- Click Sign Out in the drop-down menu.
- Select Sign out of the current account.
- Choose the data retention option you want.
- Click Sign Out to confirm.
- WPS returns to a signed-out state.

2. Sign out of all accounts
Entry: WPS Home → Profile icon → Sign Out
- Open WPS Office and go to the home screen.

- Choose whether local data should be cleared or kept.
- Click Sign Out to finish.
- Wait for WPS to clear the sign-in state on the device.

3. Choose a data retention option during sign-out
