1. Sign out of the current account

Entry: WPS Home → Profile icon → Sign Out

  1. Open WPS Office on your Mac and go to the home screen.
  2. Move the pointer to the profile icon at the top right.
  3. Click Sign Out in the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Sign out of the current account.
  5. Choose the data retention option you want.
  6. Click Sign Out to confirm.
  7. WPS returns to a signed-out state.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The current account is no longer shown as signed in.
  • Next action available: You can sign in with another account or continue in a signed-out state.

Tips While Using

2. Sign out of all accounts

Entry: WPS Home → Profile icon → Sign Out

  1. Open WPS Office and go to the home screen.
  2. Move the pointer to the profile icon at the top right.
  3. Click Sign Out in the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Sign out of all accounts.
  5. Choose whether local data should be cleared or kept.
  6. Click Sign Out to finish.
  7. Wait for WPS to clear the sign-in state on the device.

3. Choose a data retention option during sign-out

Entry: WPS Home → Profile icon → Sign Out → Sign out of the current account / Sign out of all accounts

  2. Select either Sign out of the current account or Sign out of all accounts.
  3. Review the available data options.
  4. Choose Clear data and delete sign-in records if local cloud-document cache and file backups should be removed.
  5. Choose Keep data for next use if local cache and backups should remain on the Mac.
  6. Click Sign Out to complete the process.
