1. Configure the proxy in the client

Entry point: Settings button in the upper-right corner of the WPS Office sign-in window

  1. Open the WPS Office client.
  2. Click the Sign in button in the upper-right corner.
  3. In the sign-in window, click Settings in the upper-right corner to open proxy settings.
  4. Select Manual Proxy Settings.
  5. Enter the proxy type, proxy address, proxy port, and, if required, the proxy username and password provided by your organization.
  6. Click OK to save the configuration and apply the proxy settings.

  • UI state: The values in the proxy settings window are saved.
  • Next actions: You can continue with sign-in, license verification, or cloud-related features.
  • No side effects: Local document editing remains available.
