1. Open the profile picture entry

Entry: WPS Home → Profile Picture → Personal Center → Current Picture

  1. Open WPS Office for Mac and sign in to your account.
  2. Click the profile picture icon at the top right.
  3. Open Personal Center.
  4. Click the current picture to enter the profile picture page.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The profile picture editing page in Personal Center is open.
  • Next action available: You can choose a local image and continue.

Tips While Using

  • You need to sign in to a WPS account before you can change the profile picture.
  • The profile picture entry is in the account area, so starting from the top-right picture icon is the direct path.

2. Upload and crop a new picture

Entry: Profile picture page

  1. Choose the image file you want to upload.
  2. After the upload finishes, drag the crop box to adjust the visible area.
  3. Adjust the image direction and display range as needed.
  4. Click Confirm to save the change.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The new picture appears in the preview area.
  • Next action available: You can return to Personal Center and review the updated picture.

Tips While Using

  • You can change the profile picture only 2 times within one week.
  • A clear and easy-to-recognize image is recommended for collaboration scenarios.

3. Check the updated result

Entry: Personal Center / collaboration-related scenarios

  1. After saving, return to Personal Center and check the current picture.
  2. Open a collaboration document, comments area, or a meeting-related scenario.
  3. Check whether the new picture is already displayed.
  4. If the update is not shown yet, refresh the page or sign in again and check once more.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The new picture is shown in Personal Center and related scenarios.
  • Next action available: You can continue with collaboration, comments, or meetings.

Tips While Using

  • The profile picture update usually takes effect right away.
  • If the old picture is still shown, try refreshing or signing in again.
