1. Create an AI Agent

Feature entry: WPS Home → Profile Picture → Personal Center → My AI Agent → Manage

1. Click the profile picture icon in the upper-right corner of WPS.
2. Open Personal Center.
3. Find the My AI Agent section.
4. Click Manage to open the AI Agent management page.
5. Click Create AI Assistant.
6. Enter the assistant name.
7. Click Create and Get Key.
8. Enter the required confirmation text, then click Confirm and Copy to finish.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: the page shows that creation is complete and displays a key that can be copied.
• Next action: you can continue to view assistant information or perform later maintenance tasks.

Tips While Using

• The key is generated automatically. Copy and store it safely right after creation.
• This feature requires an internet connection.

2. View the AI Agent Introduction

Feature entry: WPS Home → Profile Picture → Personal Center → My AI Agent → Manage

1. Open the My AI Agent management page from the feature entry.
2. Click Learn More.
3. Review the full AI Agent introduction.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: the AI Agent introduction page opens successfully.
• Next action: you can return to the management page and continue creating or maintaining an AI Agent.

Tips While Using

• It is helpful to read the introduction before creating an assistant or changing its settings.

3. Reset an AI Agent Key

Feature entry: My AI Agent → Credential Management → Reset

1. Open the My AI Agent page.
2. Find the Credential Management section.
3. Click the red Reset button on the right.
4. Enter the required reset confirmation text.
5. Enter the required authorization confirmation text to continue.
6. Click Confirm and Copy to copy the new key.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: the system generates a new key and provides a copy option.
• Next action: you can continue using the new key for later setup or connection tasks.

Tips While Using

• After the current window is closed, the key cannot be viewed again directly, so copy it immediately.
• If you suspect the key has been exposed, reset it as soon as possible.

4. Delete an AI Agent

Feature entry: My AI Agent → Identity Overview → Delete

1. Open the My AI Agent page.
2. Find the Identity Overview section.
3. Click the red Delete button on the right.
4. Click Confirm Delete to remove the assistant.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: the deleted AI Agent no longer appears in the current management page.
• Next action: if needed, you can create a new AI Agent again.

Tips While Using

• Make sure the current assistant is no longer needed before deleting it.
• After deletion, you need to create a new assistant and get a new key if you want to use the feature again.
