Why can’t I find the My AI Agent entry?

  1. Make sure you are using WPS Office on Windows and are signed in to your account.
  2. Click the profile picture on the WPS home page and open Personal Center.
  3. Check whether the My AI Agent section appears on the page.
  4. If you still cannot find it, update WPS Office to the latest version and try again.

Why should I copy the key immediately after creating an AI Agent?

  1. After creation, the system generates a key and provides a copy action.
  2. This key is used for later connection and identity verification, so it should be saved right away.
  3. If the current window is closed, you usually cannot view the same key directly again.
  4. If you did not save it, reset the key to generate a new one.

  3. Complete the required confirmation steps and generate a new key.
  4. Copy and save the new key, then stop using the old one.
