Why can’t I find the My AI Agent entry on my Mac?

  1. Update WPS Office to the latest version first.
  2. Make sure you are signed in to your WPS account.
  3. From the WPS home page, click your avatar and open Personal Center to check the My AI Agent section.
  4. If your network is unstable, reconnect and open Personal Center again.

Why can’t I find the key that was generated earlier?

  1. Copy the generated key immediately after creation.
  2. If the current window has already been closed, the original key cannot be queried again.
  3. Return to My AI Agent and use Reset in Credential Management.
  4. Copy the new key and replace the old one wherever it was used.

Can the old key still be used after I reset it?
