1. Link a third-party account
Entry point: WPS Home page → Profile picture → Personal Center → Linked Accounts
- Click the Profile picture icon in the upper-right corner of WPS.
- Open Personal Center.
- Find the Linked Accounts option.
- Click Other sign-in methods to expand all available options.
- Select the account type you want to link, then click Set up now.
- Get the email verification code and follow the page prompts to open the verification website and complete the link.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The newly connected third-party account appears in the linked account list.
- Next actions: You can use that third-party account for faster sign in later.
Tips While Using
- Common mistakes: If you do not expand Other sign-in methods, you may not see all available account types.
- Environment limits: The linking process requires internet access and either email verification or third-party authorization.
2. Unlink a linked account
Entry point: Personal Center → Account Management → Linked Accounts → Unlink
- In Personal Center, find the Linked Accounts settings.
- Click Unlink next to the account you want to remove.
- Receive the verification code by email and verify your identity.
- Follow the page prompts to open the verification website and complete the unlink process.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The previously linked third-party account no longer appears as connected.
- Next actions: You can still sign in with email or another remaining sign-in method.
- No side effects: Existing documents and account data are not deleted when you unlink the account.
Tips While Using
- Common mistakes: Unlinking before confirming another available sign-in method may affect future quick sign in.
