How do I find the Insert/Delete Comment option in WPS Presentation for Mac?
- Open an existing presentation or create a new one.
- Click Review on the top menu bar.
- Find the Insert/Delete Comment button in the ribbon area and start the action you need.
Can I keep editing the presentation after I delete a comment?
- Yes. Deleting a comment only removes that comment content.
- After deletion, you can continue editing slide text, layout, or other objects.
- It is recommended to save the presentation after the change.
Why can’t I see the comment-related option?
- Make sure the file you opened is a WPS Presentation file.
- Check whether the document is in an editable state.
- Switch to the Review tab and look again for the comment-related button.
