1. Use Share After Compression from the top document menu

Entry: Open the presentation → top menu bar Share → Share After Compression

  1. Open the presentation that you want to send.
  2. Tap the Share button in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Share After Compression.
  4. Enter a name for the compressed package.
  5. Tap Compress Now and wait for the file to be compressed automatically.
  6. After compression is complete, choose a sharing target such as WPS collaboration, WeChat, or email, and send the file.

2. Use Share After Compression from the home document list

Entry: WPS home document list → Share on the right side of the file → Share After Compression

  1. Open the WPS home page and find the presentation that you want to send in the document list.
  2. Tap the Share button on the right side of the file.
  3. Select Share After Compression.
  4. Enter a name for the compressed package.
  5. Tap Compress Now and wait for compression to finish.
  6. Choose a sharing target and send the compressed package.
