1. Sync through cloud documents
Entry: Save the file to WPS Cloud, then open Cloud Documents on the computer.
- Save the file to WPS Cloud.
- Sign in to the same WPS account on the computer.
- Open the WPS desktop app and go to Cloud Documents.
- Open the synced presentation and continue editing.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The presentation you saved appears in Cloud Documents on the computer.
- Next action available: The file opens normally and can continue to be edited.
Tips While Using
- Make sure both devices are signed in to the same WPS account.
- Cloud sync requires a working internet connection.
2. Use the Send To feature
Entry: Top menu bar → More → Send To
- Open the file and tap More in the top menu bar.
- Select Send To.
- Choose a device that is already signed in to the current account, then tap Send.
- The file is sent automatically to the selected device in WPS.
- Open Transfer Records to check the transfer status.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A related task appears in Transfer Records after sending.
- Next action available: The receiving device can open the transferred file in WPS.
Tips While Using
- The target device must already be signed in to the current account.
- If the computer does not receive the file, first check whether the account and network are correct.
