1. Share After Compression from the top menu

Entry: Top menu bar of the document → Share → Share After Compression

  1. Open the presentation that you want to send.
  2. Tap Share on the top menu bar.
  3. Select Share After Compression.
  4. Enter a name for the compressed package.
  5. Tap Compress Now and wait for the file to be compressed automatically.
  6. After compression is complete, choose a sharing target such as WPS collaboration, WeChat, or email, then send it.
