What should I do if the computer does not receive the document?
- Make sure the phone and computer are signed in to the same WPS account.
- Check whether both devices have a working network connection.
- If you are using WPS Cloud Documents sync, make sure the file has already been saved to WPS Drive.
- If you are using Send To, open Transfer Records and check the sending status.
- Reopen the related list in the WPS client on the computer and check again.
Why can’t I see the device I want to send to in the device list?
