Entry point: Top menu bar → More → Finalize Document
- Tap More on the top menu bar.
- Select Finalize Document from the drop-down menu.
- Review the finalization message in the confirmation panel.
- Tap Confirm. The file switches to online collaboration mode and is marked as final.

2. Change Finalization Settings
Entry point: Finalization pop-up → Details → More

- Tap More.
- Tap Cancel Finalization. After confirmation, the file returns to an editable state.
- If you need to adjust participation scope, open Settings and turn Anyone can finalize on or off.
