Can I change the file name here?
- Document Information is mainly used to view file attributes.
- After opening Document Information, you can see the file name, but you cannot rename the file directly in this panel.
- If you need to rename the file, return to the file management or rename entry.
How do I check where the file is stored?
- Open the presentation.
- Go to More in the top menu bar.
- Tap Document Information and check the Location field.
Does the file size match the actual cloud storage usage?
- The size shown in Document Information is the basic size of the current file.
- If the file is stored in the cloud and has multiple historical versions, the actual storage usage may be different from the current file size.
- If you need to review cloud usage, check it together with your cloud storage management results.
