Entry point: Top menu bar → Share → Partial Pages Sharing

  1. Open the presentation you want to work with.
  2. Tap Share in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Partial Pages.
  4. In the page selection panel, select the slides you want to share.
  5. Tap Extract and Send.
  6. Choose the app or contact you want to send to, then complete the share action.

  • Next actions: After you tap Extract and Send, the iOS share sheet opens.

2. Share partial pages from the WPS home document list

Entry point: WPS Home document Share button → Partial Pages Sharing

  1. Open the WPS home page.
  2. Find the presentation you want to share in the document list.
  3. Tap the Share button next to the document.
  4. Select Partial Pages.
  5. Select the slides you want to share.
  6. Tap Extract and Send.
  7. Choose an app or contact to finish sending.
