1. Export one long image and then share or save it

Entry point: Top menu bar → More → Export to Image

  1. Open the presentation file that you want to process.
  2. Tap the More button in the top menu bar.
  3. Tap Export to Image in the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Merge into one long image on the conversion screen.
  5. Adjust Background, Watermark, and Bottom Card as needed.
  6. Tap Share to send the result to another app, or tap Save to store it in your local photo library.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: You can enter the image export screen and see settings related to long-image export.
  • Next actions: You can share the exported result directly or save it to the local photo library.
  • No side effects: The original presentation file remains available for editing or viewing.

2. Export images by page from All Services

Entry point: Top menu bar → More → All Services → Export as Long Image / Images by Page

  1. Open the presentation file that you want to process.
  2. Tap the More button in the top menu bar.
  3. Tap All Services in the drop-down menu.
  4. In the service list, select Images by Page. If you want one combined result instead, you can also select Export as Long Image.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the export and review the generated page-by-page image results.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: You can see Export as Long Image or Images by Page in All Services.
  • Next actions: After export, you can review, save, or send the generated images page by page.
  • No side effects: The original presentation content is not changed.
