Last updated:July 15, 2026

When you use Collaboration Export to Image, common questions usually involve where the images are saved, whether only part of the presentation can be exported, and how the exported result appears; this page includes 3 common questions and a glossary.

FAQ

Where can I find the exported images?

  1. After the export is complete, first check whether the app shows a success message for saving or sharing.
  2. If you selected Save, open the Photos app on your iPhone or iPad and check the most recent images.
  3. If you selected Share, open the target app and confirm that the image was sent successfully.

Can I export only some slides as images?

  1. Open the image export screen and check whether page-range or page-selection options are available.
  2. If the current screen supports page selection, choose the slide numbers that you want to export.
  3. After the selection is complete, continue with Save or Share.

Why do the exported images not show animations or transitions?

  1. Export to image creates static image files.
  2. Animations and transitions are dynamic playback effects, so they are not preserved in static images.
  3. If you need to show motion effects, play the presentation directly or use a video-based sharing method instead.
