Where is the notes content displayed?
- While editing a presentation, notes content appears in the notes area or in Comment Page view.
- During a normal slideshow for the audience, notes usually do not appear as slide body content.
- If you want to review the full notes layout, switch to Comment Page view.
Can Comment Page be printed?
- Yes. Finish editing the notes for each slide first.
- Open the print feature and choose the notes page related print layout.
- After checking the preview, print the pages with notes.
Why can’t I see the notes area in Normal view?
- First confirm that you are in Normal view instead of another browsing mode.
- Check whether the notes input area is shown at the bottom of the window.
- If the interface area is small, adjust the window layout and check again.
