1. Batch export and rename images
Entry point: Picture Tools → Batch Processing → Export Image and Rename
- Select the images you want to export. You can select multiple images at once.
- Click the Picture Tools tab at the top of the window.
- Click Batch Processing.
- Select Export Image and Rename.
- Open the Export Image and Rename page.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The Export Image and Rename page opens.
- Next actions: You can continue setting naming parameters on the right side of the page.
Tips While Using
- Membership: This is a membership-only feature. Check the membership indicator before use.
- Common mistakes: If no image is selected first, the batch processing scope may not match what you expect.
2. Set rename parameters
Entry point: Export Image and Rename page → right-side settings panel
- Set the Name Prefix on the right side of the page.
- Set the Starting Number. The default value is 1.
- Set the Numbering Interval. The default value is 1.
- Click Export All to rename and export the images in batches.
- Or click Overwrite All to rename and overwrite the original images.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The images are renamed according to the rule you set.
- Next actions: You can check the export folder or review the overwritten results in place.

- Common mistakes: Incorrect prefix, starting number, or interval settings can produce unexpected file names.
