How do I set the naming rule?
- Open the Export Image and Rename page.
- Set the Name Prefix on the right side.
- Adjust the Starting Number and Numbering Interval as needed.
- Run Export All or Overwrite All after confirming the settings.
Will renamed files overwrite the original files?
- If you click Export All, the images are exported according to the current settings.
- If you click Overwrite All, the images are renamed and overwrite the original images.
- Confirm whether you need to keep the original images before using overwrite.
Why can’t I find this feature entry?
- Make sure the file is open in WPS Presentation.
- Select one or more images, then check the Picture Tools tab at the top of the window.
