1. Batch export images and change format
Entry path: Picture Tools > Batch Processing > Export Image and Change Format
- Select the images you want to export. You can select multiple images at one time.
- Click the Picture Tools tab at the top of the window.
- Click Batch Processing.
- Select Export Image and Change Format.
- Open the Export Image and Change Format page and continue with the output settings.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the Export Image and Change Format page opens.
- Next action available: you can choose an output format on the right side and use Export All or Replace All.
Tips While Using
- Membership: this is a membership feature, so check the membership label before use.
- Common mistake: if no image is selected first, the batch workflow for images may not open as expected.
2. Choose an output format
Entry path: Export Image and Change Format page > format options on the right
- On the right side of the page, choose the output format.
- To keep the original file type, select Original.
- To convert the format, select JPG, BMP, PNG, ICO, XBM, or XPM.
- Click Export All to complete batch conversion and export.
- Or click Replace All to complete batch conversion and replace the original images.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the selected format is applied and the export or replacement action is completed.
- Next action available: you can check the output files in the destination folder or return to the presentation for further editing.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if you do not confirm the target format before exporting, the output files may not match your intended use.
