Which image formats are supported?

  1. This feature supports exporting in the original format.
  2. It also supports conversion to JPG, BMP, PNG, ICO, XBM, and XPM.
  3. If you need a practical default for common use, JPG or PNG is usually a suitable choice.

How do I batch convert all selected images?

  1. First, select the images you want to process in the presentation.
  2. Open Picture Tools > Batch Processing > Export Image and Change Format.
  3. Choose the target format on the right side, then click Export All.

What is the difference between Export All and Replace All?

  1. Export All creates new image files in the selected format.
  2. Replace All processes the selected images in the chosen format and replaces the original images.
  3. If you want to keep the original images, use Export All first.

Why can’t I see this feature or use it?

  1. Make sure you have selected image objects in the presentation.
  2. Make sure you are on the Picture Tools tab.
  3. If the interface shows a membership label and the feature is unavailable, you may need the corresponding membership entitlement.
