Feature entry: Top ☰ menu in a spreadsheet → All Services → Reduce File Size

1. Open the spreadsheet file you want to process.
2. Tap the ☰ icon in the top menu bar.
3. Tap All Services.
4. Select Reduce File Size.
5. Wait while WPS analyzes the spreadsheet and shows compressible content.
6. Turn on Backup Original Document if needed.
7. Tap Start Slimming to begin processing.
8. Review the file size comparison before and after processing.
