- Open the Split By drop-down list and choose the column used for grouping.

- If you save to new documents, review the default save location and click Change if needed.
- Click Split Now to run the operation.

- Confirm the save path for the split results and click Change if you want another location.
- Click Split Now to create separate cloud documents.
