1. Open Split Table

Feature path: Data → Split Table

  1. Open a WPS Sheets online collaborative file.
  2. Click the Data tab at the top.
  3. Find the Split Table button on the toolbar.
  4. Click it to open the split panel and view the Split by Content and Split by Worksheet tabs.

2. Split Data by Content

  3. Select or clear Data contains headers based on your data.
  4. Open the Split By drop-down list and choose the column used for grouping.
  5. Choose how to save the results: to different new worksheets or to different new documents.
  6. If you save to new documents, review the default save location and click Change if needed.
  7. Click Split Now to run the operation.

  4. Confirm the save path for the split results and click Change if you want another location.
  5. Click Split Now to create separate cloud documents.
