1. Adjust zoom from the ribbon
Entry: View tab → Show Scale
- Click the View tab at the top of the window.
- Click Show Scale on the toolbar.
- In the dialog box, choose a preset percentage such as 120%, 100%, or 80%.
- If you need a precise value, enter a custom percentage.
- Click OK to apply the zoom setting.

2. Adjust zoom from the status bar
Entry: Bottom status bar → + / - / percentage value
- Find the + and - zoom buttons on the bottom status bar.
- Click + to zoom in or - to zoom out.
- Check the current percentage shown in the middle.
- Click the percentage value directly and enter a specific zoom level.
Success Criteria
- The percentage on the status bar updates, and the spreadsheet view changes accordingly.
- You can keep scrolling, editing, or fine-tuning the zoom level.
Tips While Using
- After repeated clicks on the zoom buttons, you may want to enter a specific value for precise adjustment.
