1. Show or Hide All Comments
Entry path: bottom toolbar Tools → Review tab → Show Comments
- Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen.
- Open the Review tab.
- In the review toolbar, tap Show Comments. This option is on by default.
- After you turn off Show Comments, tapping a cell with a comment will not open the comment box automatically.
- Turn Show Comments on again if you want commented cells to open their comment boxes automatically when tapped.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: when the option is off, commented cells do not open comment boxes automatically; when it is on, tapping a commented cell opens the comment box.
- What you can do next: continue reviewing comments or return to spreadsheet editing.
Tips While Using
- A visible comment box may cover part of the cell content.
- It is often more convenient to show comments during review and hide them during editing.
