1. Show or hide all comments
Entry: Tools at the bottom of the screen > Review > Show Comments
- Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen.
- Open the Review tab.
- Tap Show Comments in the review toolbar. This option is on by default.
- After you turn off Show Comments, tapping a cell with a comment will not open the comment box automatically.
- Turn Show Comments on again when you want commented cells to open their comment boxes automatically.
Success Criteria
- When the option is off, tapping a commented cell does not open the comment box automatically.
- When the option is on, tapping a commented cell opens the comment content automatically.
- You can continue reviewing or editing the same worksheet.
Tips While Using
- Comment boxes may cover part of the cell content.
- It is helpful to keep Show Comments on during review and turn it off while editing data.
