1. Save as a local file

Entry: File (☰) icon in the upper-left corner → Save As

1. Click the File (☰) icon in the upper-left corner.
2. Select Save As from the menu.
3. Choose the action you need: Save As, Create a Copy, or Convert to Smart Table.
4. Select a local save location.
5. Click Save and Open to finish.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: the file is saved and the new file or copy opens.
• What you can do next: you can continue editing, sharing, or exporting the saved file.
• No side effect: the original cloud collaborative file is not overwritten.

Tips While Using

2. Export to other formats

Entry: File (☰) icon in the upper-left corner → Export / Export to Multidimensional Table

1. Click the File (☰) icon in the upper-left corner.
2. Select Export or Export to Multidimensional Table from the menu.
3. If you choose Export, select the target format: PDF, CSV, Excel, or image.
4. If you choose Export to Multidimensional Table, select whether to export the whole table or the current worksheet.
5. Follow the prompts to complete the export.
