Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Focusing only on top and bottom spacing while ignoring that too many columns can also make the page look crowded.

Feature entry: Print preview → Page Setup → Margins

  1. Open the Margins option again.
  2. Select Normal from the preset list.
  3. Return to print preview and confirm that the page spacing is back to a common layout.
  4. Continue printing or exit print preview after confirmation.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The current margin setting is switched to Normal.
  • Next action available: You can continue printing or adjust other print settings from there.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Assuming that all crowded print results are caused only by margins, when orientation and scaling may also matter.
