1. Merge Workbooks
Entry: Top menu bar in the spreadsheet > More > All Services > Merge Workbooks
- Open the document that you want to merge.
- Tap More in the top menu bar, then tap All Services and Merge Workbooks.
- Select the worksheets that you want to include in the merge.
- Add documents from Cloud Drive or Local storage, and choose files of the same type.
- Tap Start Merge to run the operation.
- Wait for the merge to finish.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can see the merged result after processing finishes.
- Next action available: You can continue reviewing, checking, or saving the merged workbook.
- No side effect: The original source files remain in their original locations.
Tips While Using
- This feature requires WPS Premium.
- Before merging, check whether the source files use a consistent data structure and format.
- After merging, complex formula references may need another review.
- When large files are involved, keep the network stable if cloud files are included.
