How-to Guide
1. Insert Worksheet
Entry: Worksheet tab bar right-side “…” button → “+ (Add)” button
- Open the spreadsheet file that you want to edit.
- Tap the “…” button on the worksheet tab bar.
- Tap the “+ (Add)” button.
- Check whether a new blank worksheet has been created.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new worksheet tab appears in the workbook.
- Next action available: You can enter, edit, or save content in the new worksheet.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you are not in the spreadsheet editing view, the worksheet tab bar may not be visible.
- Environment note: If the file is stored in the cloud and syncing is slow, wait for the interface to refresh before continuing.
2. Delete Worksheet
Entry: Long-press worksheet tab → “Delete” button
- Open the spreadsheet file that contains the target worksheet.
- Long-press the worksheet tab that you want to delete.
- Select “Delete” from the available actions.
- Confirm the action to complete deletion.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The deleted worksheet tab no longer appears.
- Next action available: You can continue viewing or editing the remaining worksheets.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Once a worksheet is deleted, you cannot undo the action directly, so confirm the target sheet before deleting it.
- Environment note: For important files, it is a good idea to create a backup before deletion.
